Yes. If you have paid a deposit in the past to reserve your FoldiMate it is fully refundable at any time until you place an official pre-order payment. Please either go to https://foldimate.happyfox.com/new and select "I want a refund" or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and supply the email you used when you originally signed up and we will take care of it for you. Please allow a few days for us to respond and handle your request. Requesting a refund will forfeit your spot in the priority list and gives up the discount that comes with it.
